Serena & Lily, a up-and-coming home and lifestyle retail brand, wanted to improve the training of its staff both at headquarters and at its growing retail locations across the country. The company was experiencing tremendous growth and rapidly adding staff across all locations.

Due to its rapid expansion it needed an easy-to-use turnkey solution to train its employees on the company’s products, which change at least four times a year through seasonal offerings. Additionally, Serena & Lily needed to train its staff on operations to reduce costs  incurred due to employees’ lack of knowledge of general procedures and with submitting custom client orders. In early 2016 Serena & Lily engaged Braidio to help roll out an employee training strategy though its social learning platform.
