The Braidio Single Sign On (SSO) was utilized to manage these needs seamlessly on the backend. In the simplest sense SSO is a process that leverages an existing set of login credentials (i.e., username or ID and a password) to log in to a connected system or systems with the same username and password.
A virtual handshake, via a simple integration, facilitates the users’ authentication. In the case of BBVA, all employees have a unique employee ID and password that grants access to the internal intranet portal, network, VPNs, talent management solution, and more. That same employee ID and password were able to be used to authenticate users directly into the Braidio platform.
